Water Pump Repair Prototype
For a class project, I created a prototype of a voice-based interactive product that guides assists villagers in Malawi with repairing and maintaining water pumps.

MY ROLE
For this project, I worked as the project manager, product developer, and instructional designer.
Project manager: I coordinated the work on deliverables, recruited participants for interviews, and handled outreach to various water-related charities for collaboration on the project.
Product developer: I created the prototype in Voiceflow and conducted usability tests with various stakeholders.
Instructional designer: I helped determine, research and design the educational goals, learner profiles, assessments, and instructional and motivational content.
